The Body Sculptor Nutrition Plan
This nutrition program was formulated to ensure you reach your physique goals in the 30-day time period. It is broken up into 4 phases to avoid plateau, to be completed over the course of 4-weeks. Each week, you should assess your progress and set goals for the next phase. Failure to follow the plan will undoubtedly result in setbacks in your transformation. This being said, follow both the nutritional and workout plans as prescribed and you will attain the goals you set!
