The Motivator Nutrition Plan
The following plan has been formulated specifically to ensure you reach your physique goals in the 30 day time period. The training will be broken up into 4 phases to avoid plateau. Each week, assess your progress and set goals for the next week. Failure to follow the plan will undoubtedly result in setbacks in your transformation. This being said, follow both the nutritional and workout plans as prescribed and you will attain the goals you set!
